How long will delivery take?
Orders are typically delivered within 5 to 10 working days from the date of order. Delivery times can vary depending on location, courier delays or other unforeseen circumstan
Can I return my bed?
Unused items may be returned within 14 days of receiving them, as long as they are in their original condition and original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. Orders cancelled before production starts receive a full refund. If the order is cancelled after production, a 35% production and handling fee will be deducted from the refund.
What if my bed arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible. You may be asked to share photos or a few details so the issue can be reviewed quickly.
Do I need to check room access before ordering?
Yes. Please make sure the bed will fit through doorways, staircases and into the intended room before ordering. If the product is delivered in good condition and cannot fit into the space, a refund or return is not offered.
